Spa Etiquette
Gift certificates are available for all occasions &
can be redeemed towards services & products. They must
be presented upon check-in. Lost or stolen certificates will
not be replaced. Appointments canceled with less than 24
hours’ notice will receive a 50% service deduction from the
certificates. No show will receive a 100% fee deduction.
Cancellations/Late Arrivals: Appointments must be
canceled 24 hours in advance, or 72 hours in advance
for parties or bookings of package services, otherwise a
50% service fee will be charged.
Group Parties: Evene Day Spa can assist you in arranging
special events, celebrations, and corporate escape, complete
with spa services, party favors, and catered buffets. |
